What could be better after a tough race than a heaping plate of bangers and mash? Nuthin', huh?
Unfortunately, few races are staged near the type of eatery that serves such fare. The Liberty Triathlon's Baker Park venue, however, is not far from an Irish pub that does indeed serve authentic bangers and mash. More on this later...
