Kona-bonding with Jen Lenarz

There are a lot of famous characteristics about the Ironman World Championship, including the Energy Lab on the run course and the winds on the bike course. Camaraderie among the athletes in Kona is one great characteristic that should be discussed even more. Rebecca Keat providing Chrissie Wellington with a CO2 cartridge in 2008 and the respectful handshake between Chris McCormack and Andreas Raelert as they battled in the final miles of this year
