Our All Time favorite triathlete / Realtor is Laura Sampsell Hoffman. Why? Because she advertises on MTN. And because she's totally cute and sweet and interesting, too. (see hot photo L)
Over coffee I explained to Laura that my house sucks. When MY WIFE bought the place she did not take into account all the little things that are important to me as a triathlete. Nor did she enlist the aid of a Realtor who was also an endurance athlete. Instead, she based her selection of a house on criteria that was important to HER, i.e. that it was close to a good elementary school, Cub and Leeann Chin....

Q&A with NEW Life Time Fitness Minneapolis Triathlon Race Director Dave Schutz
By Darin Wieneke

ED. - We had lunchies with triathlete/embroidery guy/amazingly good rookie nordic skier Bendon O'Flanagan last Monday. Gosh, he's a cool guy. And one of the most honorable dudes you'll ever meet. Last August we posted a story about Brendon's confrontation with a litterer. For those who may have missed that story, here it is:
"Hey!" Brendon called in a controlled voice; neither too loud, nor too combative. He walked briskly toward the escaping vehicle.
The taxi driver, who was backing out of a space in the Cub parking lot, stopped and turned his face to his summoner.
Their eyes met.....
