G-Man & T-Man...UPDATES & FYIs...

g-manRace Previewettes - We wrote long previews for today's Timberman (International and Sprint events) and Graniteman that were lost in cyberspace for reasons that the author is too darn stupid to understand. He is royally steamed even though it was probably his fault, and doesn't have time to recreate the 1000+ word post.

GRANITEMAN XIII - MEN - 1. Steve Sander, 2. Nate Hoffman, 3. Ross Weinzierl.

We're not sure.

Cathy's muscles, especially that big pumpy one in the middle of her chest, are full of LTF memories, nine years worth. Memories of...

Nick Morales of Trijuice.com, which publishes "freshy squeezed" national and international triathlon news (love the freshly squeezed branding!), and the MTN Guys (Yes, Trudles is one of the Guys!) are good buds and avidly support each others' websites. Below is Nick's preview of the 10th anniversary Life Time Fitness - Minneapolis Triathlon, which will be staged on Saturday at Lake Nokomis.
