Because the MTN Guys are totally into out state's tri history, we decided to share some Take the Hill's chronology. Here are the winners dating back to 2009. The event launched in '08, but we were unable to unearth those results.

COOL STUFF ABOUT THE RECORD HOLDERS - Here's a quote from MinnesotaAlumni.org about Mike Torchia:
Certainly a lot has flowed from Torchia’s career as a Gopher student athlete. Last spring the Rochester, Minnesota, native received his biochemistry degree with a 3.94 grade point average and has been nominated for a Rhodes Scholarship. He is applying to medical schools—Minnesota is on his list—while he runs cross country and prepares for the indoor track season.
Mike is a decorated collegiate runner who likes dogs and looks great in a tux. He was married not long ago and has great hair (photo R). He enjoys animated movies. "Finding Nemo" is one of his faves.
Lauren Slagel is from Dubuque, Iowa, and has eaten at The Pepper Sprout, which is a very good restaurant. She went to St. Olaf College in Northfield and we think she still lives there. In the town, not at the college. She has run the Twin Cities Marathon at least once and she looks awesome in her shiny blue dress (photo L).
