Hey MTN Guys,

Howdy. Just wanted to feed you a few nuggets ..... Trinona is working with TRIA and Gear West to offer a TRIATHLON 101 Clinic on March 31. It is FREE but folks must RSVP, as space is limited. It takes place at TRIA Othopaedic in Bloomington from 9:00am to 12:30pm on Saturday, March 31. There will be a lot of great content for any newbies interested in learning more about the sport - and walking away with a few door prizes....

We will have some guest speakers, including a bike maintenance for beginners break-out session with Gear West and even a core strengthening - very hands on - workshop from the folks at TRIA.

Lots of great tips, insight and, of course, sweet Trinona swag. We'll also have some very limited discounts available for both Trinona and Minneapolis Tri registration for those that are interested in registering that day.
