Coming up on May 21 is the 2nd annual Green Lake Duathlon in scenic Spicer. This great event features great courses, an amazing transition area and a post-race "Ribfest," that is nothing short of transplendent. Do this, okay!... On Sunday (May 22) duathletes should head to Orono for the umpteenth Gear West Du, which kicks off the prestigious Midwest Multisport Series. Triathletes should head to Albert Lea for the totally sweet Land Between the Lakes Tri, which will be celebrating it's eighth anniversary. Green Lake - Gear West - Albert Lea
