26th LAKE WACONIA TRIATHLON - If the women's Performance of the Year award was presented today, it would go to Suzie Fox, who crushed LWT's CR, a mark that had stood for eight years. Matt Payne picked up his 3rd consecutive win here. Words and pics on Tuesday. RESULTS
3rd Annual ST. JAMES TRIATHLON - Mankato's Matthew Busch has won all three editions of this sprint course race. Julie Gronewald of St. Peter, won today's women's competition and placed 4th overall. The event had 27 finishers. RESULTS...

It was good news, however, for honorary Minnesotan Dani Fischer, who placed 3rd behind America's premier Olympic-distance female triathletes, Alicia Kaye and Sarah Haskins. We hope Dani made a lot of money because we like her a lot. RESULTS
11th AVERAGE JO TRIATHLON - Baxter's Casey Miller repeated as men's champ yesterday. Colorodan Kierann Toth won the women's race in a time that, we suspect, torched the women's CR. RESULTS
