HEART OF THE LAKES TRIATHLON - Dan Hedgecock and Suzie Fox became repeat Long Course champs this morning at HOLT. Hedge also won in 2011; Suzie in 2012.

David Thompson thrashed the short course CR and Nicole Cueno turned in the fastest women's SC time since 2004.

HOLT / Best of the US Offical Invitees: Men - Matthew Payne (amateur champ - 2nd overall), Marcus Stromberg (3rd overall) and Brooks Grossinger (4th overall); Women - Suzie Fox (1st), Nicole Heininger (2nd) and Christina Roberts (3rd).
