The Joy of Running...

It is a euphoric Cathy Yndestad gliding smoothly and briskly along the Kona coastlinek-swiss in a brand-spanking-new pair of K-Swiss Keahou (pronounced "Kay-ah-Hoe") trainers. Endorphins are coursing through her flabless physiology, her hair is streaming like a flag in a hurricane and she smiles uncontrollably.

She had not intended to run this fast. And she feels like she can run forever.
