What can you do in the shortest amount of time that provides the most bang for your time and money?
For me, that's my chiropractic adjustments. They only require 5 minutes of my time and provide my body with the greatest opportunity for health. So in weeks when my schedule is SUPER jam-packed, I know I can at least make 5 minutes to have my "power turned on."
