I caught site of Gramps in my peripheral, drafting off my rear wheel. I have no idea how he transported himself there, but there he was, strong and disturbing. He appeared to want to pass me. I appeared to not want him to pass me. And so, I swerved every so slightly. A little left, a little right, a little zig-zag to shake things up. He looked a bit put off and clenched his steely jaw.
