FEATURES

Nicole loves cookies and has tattoos in unseen places. She also loves "Garbage Can" pizzas, i.e. pizzas which are piled high with all kinds of regular pizza stuff AND unlikely stuff, too, like walleye chunks and Nutella and asparagus. Her favorite ice cream is Moose Tracks and she tends to lose stuff. She once discovered her car keys buried under a mound of walleye chunks, melted Moose Tracks, liquid Nutella and asparagus atop a Garbage Can pizza.

Nicole has a mandolin, but doesn't know how to play it, and she dreams of seeing mountains that are so tall that their snowy pointy tops are hidden by clouds and whose slopes are dotted with llamas or sherpas or coffee plantations.

She is also a quasi-hippy who adores Cheetos and think they taste a little like oranges. And she is a totally great sport for allowing us to tease her like this.
