She Nearly Fell Off Her Chair...

ED. - Yesterday we received this exciting news from Maple Grove Dare to Tri co-director and former Miss Maple Grove, Lindsey (with an "e" not an "a") Kurhajetz. Cool beans! Congratulations, Lindsey!

Hi MTN,

Ok - here it goes: I was invited as one of four women to model in the 2011 Triathlete Magazine swimsuit issue coming out this summer. On March 1, I have the honor of traveling to Kona, HI for the photo shoot and unbelievably thrilled to be able to represent MN. I'm very humbled by this opportunity to represent fit women athletes and excited to see the new TRI swim fashions!....

I follow the magazine religiously and when I got the news that the editors had selected me I nearly fell off my chair at work.

That's my news of the month - who knew 2011 would become this amazing?! :)
