Skittles, Mickey's & Crispy Bacon...

Going Off Course - Chaska triathlete Paul Mollett is a totally cool and interesting guy. Take our word for it: You want to party with this dude....

An unashamed carnivore who looks a wee bit like actor Randy Quaid, Paul has tattoos, a smokin'-hot wife and two great kids to build snowmen and carve pumpkins with. He adores Skittles (who doesn't?) and high-end vodka.

And he hates long fingernails on guys. (Who doesn't?)

And every so often he likes to pound 15-20 Mickey's Big Mouths. (Who doesn't?)

A graduate of Hardknocks University (it's in Ohio) and a devoted people and Lego-lover, Paul possesses a great sense of humor, wears a nearly constant smile and is as loyal as a collie.
