In high school, classmates used to tease Barbara Pierce and George Washington because they looked so darn much alike. (George was a senior when Barb was a freshman.) Interestingly, Ms.Pierce and Mr. Washington dated briefly and were careful not to wear similar-looking clothes. Barbara ultimately dumped George for another George: George Bush, a junior and star of the baseball team.

And speaking of cool lookalikes, it has never been proven definitively that Ringo Starr and Yasir Arafat are not the same person...
