Minnesota Multisport Honors - Here are the three talented woman that Garfunkel and I believe best deserve 2024 Most Improved nominations:

How could a woman who was ranked 3rd on Team Minnesota in 2023 be nominated for F-Most Improved in 2024? Hasn't she been one of our state's recognized stars since 2019, when she finished 2nd in the voting for Rookie of the Year? Just study her scorecard to see that she turned in three big wins, all Performance of the Year nomination-worthy last season and could well be name both F-Triathlete of the Year and #1 on F-Team Minnesota. Once an athlete cracks the Top 3 -5, it's hard to move up, but Caryn did just that in 2024.

Kadie was on the F-MI radar last year, and earned a F-MOY nomination. She was even faster and more versatile this year, rocking great performances at Sprint, Olympic and 70.3.
