thought I was capable of and she believed in me. This summer while training for IMKY I was doing a lot of training, esp the run, in the middle of the afternoon when it was 90 degrees out. I feel like I have really nailed down my nutrition this year as well so I have enough energy to get me through the whole race without wilting.
