JOSH BLANKENHEIM's Course Record at Brewhouse Olympic - 1:57:15.

SEAN COOLEY's Victory at High Cliff (WI) Half IM. His 4:07:34 was the fastest 70.3 time by a Minnesotan in 2019.

JOSH MORK's 4:09:57 win at Chisago Half IM.

JOSH MORK's Course Record at the ultra-challenging Square Lake 70.3 - 4:11:39.

PATRICK PARISH's win at Duathlon Nationals (Standard Distance)
