Winston Churchill (photo) was a famous fat guy. Like most truly obese dudes, be had "man boobs." Or as they 
are more contemporarily known: Moobs.
Legend has it that hidden in the fold beneath his left moob was a birthmark shaped precisely like his beloved Great Britain. Moreover, the mark was
that on close inspection, resembles rather unmistakably a map of Italy and it's northern neighbors Switzerland and Austria, and western border-sharer 
Slovenia.
Sweet.
Not all great birthmarks are geographical, of course. Some resemble other cool stuff. Like butterflies and targets and nuclear power plants.
And most resemble nothing at all. They are simply amorphous shapes, like the one on the neck of frequent MTN contributor, Bonnie Stigmata:
