Life Time Tri coaches on hand to help athletes get ready for race day
WHAT: Life Time Fitness Chanhassen is hosting a complimentary “Starting Line 101” clinic designed to help prepare athletes of all levels for a Triathlon. The Life Time Tri Minneapolis is scheduled for July 12 and there are many other triathlons across the region yet this summer.....
WHO: The clinic will be led by expert Life Time Tri coaches, Cathy Yndestad and Anthony Jagielo, and is open to anyone interested in learning more about doing a Triathlon.
WHEN: Wednesday, June 18, 2014 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Two sessions offered)
4:00 p.m. – Quick tips and secrets for your first successful triathlon
4:20 p.m. – Race course overview and insider tips
4:40 p.m. – Transition like a Pro

WHY: As triathlons continue to grow in popularity, Life Time helps athletes of all experience levels prepare. Thousands of professional and amateur triathletes will descend upon Minneapolis on Saturday, July 12 to compete in the 2014 Life Time Tri Minneapolis, presented by Toyota, at beautiful Lake Nokomis. The event includes a Sprint and International distance as well as a relay component for those who would rather showcase their swim, bike or run skills alongside a team.
