Join Apple Duathlon for a FREE educational opportunity open to everyone!
Apple Duathlon is excited to host a Duathlon 101 Training Clinic with Dan Hedgecock and David Thompson. Dan and Dave are accomplished professional athletes in duathlon and triathlon and USAT Elite Duathlon National Champions.
Dan and David will share a wealth of knowledge and experience and cover topics of preventing injury, getting the most out of your training, balancing training and life, biking faster, bike fit, aero dynamics, transitioning and running.
Come join us on Saturday, February 22nd, from 10 am till 12pm followed by a Q&A session from noon to 1 pm at Williams Integracare Clinic in Sartell, MN.
