Minnesota Multisport Awards - Nominees in the Duathlete of the Year category need at least three outstanding R-B-R performances during the season. Here are the official 2013 nominees:

JENNIFER SCUDIERO (30, Eagan)

1st @ Falls Duathlon (Course Record)

1st @ Cinco Du Mayo Long Course

1st @ Oakdale Duathlon

1st @ Dubuque Duathlon (Course Record)

1st @ Minneapolis Duathlon

1st @ Iron Girl-Bloomington

3rd @ Apple Duathlon Worlds Qualifier

5th @ Gear West Duathlon

13th overall (5th 30-34W) @ Ottawa Duthlon World Championships

Also considered: Dan Arlandson, Mike Buenting, Julie Hull, Chad Millner, Jenny Thacker, Jasmine Carlson and Joe Johnson. The Committee went with three nominees, instead of four, this year because they were evenly split between Arlandson, Buenting and Hull as the fourth nominee.
