You are a smart triathlete: You wake up at 5 a.m., routinely decline a second round of drinks, watch what you eat and are aware of the latest trends in sports nutrition and bike technology. But even the most well-meaning, self-sacrificing, smart triathletes can make nutrition mistakes that prevent them from reaching their body composition and performance goals. CINDI-AND-KRIS.gifCoaches Cindi Bannink (USA Triathlon 2011 Coach of Year) and Kris Swarthout (Four Time Team USA Triathlon Coach) have teamed up with Club Med Academies to deliver what is billed as ‘one of the most comprehensive triathlon camps you will ever attend.’

The Club Med Academy camp takes place in Sandpiper Bay, Florida, on 12-15 November 2015.

“I’m excited to be partnering with Club Med Academies and Kris Swarthout in this fall triathlon camp,” said coach Cindi Bannink.

“This camp will be a key learning opportunity for anyone wishing to take their training and racing to the next level. The timing of this camp is ideal as athletes will have all winter to refine and improve their skills and training before launching into the 2016 season.”...
