Course Maps for HITS-Waconia Revealed...

HITS Endurance, the folks who offer "a distance for everyone" -- from shorter-than-sprint "Open" to Half and Full Distances -- all on the same weekend, have announced the finalizing of the bike and run course maps for all events. The inaugural Minnesota events take place at fabulous Lake Waconia August 16 - 17...

The courses offer "the perfect marriage", says HITS Director Mark H. Wilson "of rolling hills and flat stretches made for speed...the only thing cyclists will have to worry about on race day is a PR."

Runners will appreciate the mostly shaded course with no vehicular traffic, on a combination of country roads and portions of the Dakota Rail Trail.

All the courses are multiple loop, bringing the athletes through charming downtown Waconia--a benefit for athletes as well as their devoted spectators.
